Interested Subjects: Web and services users, subscribers to the newsletter
“Italcamel S.p.A. Unipersonale”, with registered office in Viale Dante 155, in Riccione, VAT / Tax Code: 01227490404 as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of the EU Reg. 2016/679 hereinafter ‘GDPR’, hereby informs you that the aforementioned law provides for the protection of data subjects regarding the processing of personal data and that this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights .
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the aforementioned law and the confidentiality obligations laid down therein.
Purposes of treatment:
Provision of the service: Your data will be processed to respond to any requests that may be received from online forms, or requests received by email.
Legal basis: The legal basis for processing is contractual – data processing is provided for an information request, followed by an answer.
Marketing – newsletter service: your data will be processed upon your free consent for the newsletter service, by entering your email address in the text box relative to newsletter subscription, or by selecting / ticking the box “subscription to the newsletter” in a form.
Legal basis: The legal basis of the processing is the consent of the interested party.
Mandatory or optional nature of the provision:
The provision of data is optional as for the aforementioned purposes of the service; not filling in mandatory fields or marked with an asterisk does not allow requests for information; refusing data processing does not compromise the continuation of the relationship or the adequacy of the treatment itself.
Consent is free, disjointed and optional for marketing purpose. Failing to consent does not affect the navigation of the site nor the provision of the services requested.
Processing methods:
your personal data may be processed using mainly digital resources such as:
- By means of electronic calculators using third-party software;
- By means of electronic calculators using direct, “in-house” software;
- Temporary processing in aggregate anonymous form (statistics)
Each treatment is carried out in compliance with the methods set out in articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of the appropriate security measures.
Communication:
Your data will be communicated exclusively to competent and duly appointed persons for the services necessary for a proper management of the relationship, with a guarantee of protection of the rights of the interested party.
Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Owner and, in particular, by personnel in charge of maintenance and updating of the site, and, if necessary, by the personnel in charge of marketing communications.
Recipients:
Any other technicians or professionals who need to handle data to perform their duties, such as fulfilling newsletter subscriptions requests.
Third Countries:
Your data will not be disclosed in non-EU countries.
Dissemination:
Your personal data will not be disclosed in any way.
Retention Period:
Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is:
Established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the timing for the correct provision of the services requested.

You have the right to obtain the cancellation (possible right to be forgotten), the limitation, updating, correction, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you, as well as in general can exercise all the rights provided for by the articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR, where applicable with respect to the data processing purposes.

- The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him / her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
- The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

- of the procedure carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- of details of the holder and of the designated representatives according to the article 5, comma 2;
- of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representatives, managers or agents in the territory of the State
- The interested party has the right to obtain:
- updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves to be impossible or manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
- data portability.
- The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
- to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the marketing or sales purposes, or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
