We are currently recruiting for 1 Contract Manager to join our Hotel Sourcing team in our Milan Office and 1 Contract Manager to join our team in our office in Rome. The Contract Managers will be responsible for maximising opportunities in the assigned area in Italy through effective sourcing of hotel inventory and ownership of all aspects of the commercial relationship.
Required Skills
• Identify, qualify, and contact potential hotel partners of the assigned area in Italy.
• Coordinate contracting process with new suppliers and contract renewal with existing partners
• Account management: ensure last room availability and pricing competitiveness
• Evaluate production and determine optimization possibilities and follow up action
• Take part in meetings with hotel partners
• Liaise with the hotel Data Entry Department for all aspect related to supplier data and availability monitoring
• Provide training of distribution systems for suppliers
• Manage weekly and monthly supplier and internal reports
• Manage ad-hoc requests for the Administration and Operation Departments
More Skills
• Italian mothertongue and fluent in English
• Proven negotiation experience
• A portfolio of existing hotel contacts is an advantage
• Account Management experience required
• Experience in the hotel and / or travel industry
• Education in Tourism related field is an advantage
• Strong computer skills

Role Summary
As a Junior Business Analyst you will analyse business performance, work with the local team to derive performance insights and devise plans for business growth
The role requires an analytical, pro-active thinker. As a Junior BA you will comfortably handle complex datasets, identify underlying drivers and trends and present insights and drive change. This role will report into the Head of e-Business.
The job is based in Riccione.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regular review of performance according to agreed KPIs in the form of periodic reports
- Deep dive into complex data-sets and tools to get behind the KPIs, to explain the underlying trends
- Effectively communicate insights to multiple levels across business units and functions
- Lead analytics projects by translating business questions/problems into structured analyses
- Pro-actively drive business improvement through raising awareness of opportunities and weaknesses, as well as an understanding of what should be done
- Produce the revenue projections for business cases and work with Commercial colleagues to create accurate and actionable budgets and forecasts with a sufficient level of detail
Required Skills
• Spoken and written fluency in Italian and English
• Advanced data manipulation skills using advanced Excel or similar high-volume data analysis tools
• Analytical and numerical attitude
• Strong ability to extract actionable insights from large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets
• Mental flexibility, including ability to dive very deep into details of the data (e.g., to ensure data quality) but also ability to see the big picture and take smart shortcuts where appropriate
• Knowledge of data extraction, data mining and statistical analysis tools

• Excellent Knowledge of Office tools
