INFORMATION NOTE – ARTICLES 13 AND 14 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679

Interested parties: applicants for a position at Italcamel

Italcamel Travel Agency S.p.A. Unipersonale, as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 hereafter referred to as ‘GDPR’, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of the interested parties and their personal data, according to principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

To carry out its own personnel selection purpose, Italcamel Travel Agency S.p.A. Unipersonale needs to acquire personal data, e.g. name and surname, telephone number, email address, and specifically the CV, which could potentially contain sensitive data, e.g. information about health, race and ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of religious, philosophical or political nature, sexual life, in compliance with Article 9 of the GDPR; data regarding past judicial measures, e.g. cessione del quinto (salary-backed loan), as in art. 10 of the GDPR.

Purposes of processing: in particular, your data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Recruiting personnel

Consent to data processing for the purposes of recruiting is implicit and failing to communicate the correct data may have, as a consequence, the impossibility for the holder to manage his position.

Italcamel Travel Agency S.p.A. Unipersonale may also process your data for communications (via e-mail, mail and / or text messages and / or telephone calls, etc.) regarding a possible recruitment.

Treatment methods: The processing is carried out manually and / or digitally, so as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the measures demanded by the legislation in force, so as to minimize the risks of destruction or loss, unauthorized access, unauthorized modification and disclosure in compliance with articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR.

Communication: In order to guarantee services or support, some data may be disclosed to companies or third parties entrusted with the service that will treat them as data controllers. Personal and sensitive data, when necessary, can be communicated to the following subjects:

  • Consultants and freelancers;
  • Employment agencies.

Within Italcamel, your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the owner and, in particular, by the following categories of employees:

  • HR management;

Dissemination: Your personal data will not be disclosed in any way.

Retention period: Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is:

  • established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed, and in compliance with the mandatory time limits prescribed by law.

EU Reg. 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him / her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
  2. The interested party has the right to know:
    1. the origin of personal data;
    2. the purposes and methods of processing;
    3. the methods of treatment carried out digitally;
    4. the identifying details of the holder and of the designated representative, according to the article 5, comma 2;
    5. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative, managers or agents in the territory of the State.
  3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
    1. updating, rectification or integration of data;
    2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    3. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves to be impossible o disproportionate to the protected right;
    4. data portability.
  4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    1. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
    2. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the marketing or sales purposes, or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
